One Community Campaign.
Fill out the form below to create a monthly recurring donation for the 2019-2010 One Community Campaign.
In the "Select An Amount" field, enter the amount you want to donate per month (Note: do not enter the total amount of the donation in that field).
Click on the "Monthly" checkbox.
Choose the number of monthly payments you wish to make. (Note: All payments need to be completed no later than June 30, 2020 so that we are able to provide the full grant to the school district.) Please note the examples of number of monthly payments to choose below.
If you start your monthly payment plan in August 2019, please choose no more than 11 monthly payments.
If you start your monthly payment plan in October 2019, please choose no more than 9 monthly payments.
If you start your monthly payment plan in January 2020, please choose no more than 6 monthly payments.
Complete the form and click "Pay Now."
On the second payment page - you will be asked to fill in your credit card information. You can also pay via PayPal or Venmo by clicking the logo at the bottom of the screen.
Once your donation has been received, you will be sent an email receipt from the One Community Campaign. Please keep this email for your records.
