Donor-Advised Fund (DAF):

Please direct your donation to the “Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation” (federal tax id #94-2871701) and send it to the address above. MPAEF is receiving the funds on behalf of the One Community Campaign and distributing donations to the PTOs. Let us know your DAF has been requested by filling out our pledge form. That way we can count your pending DAF donation today!

Please fill out the form below for our records then click the button at the bottom to be transferred to Forte.net to enter your eCheck information. Donations via eCheck can take up to 7 business days to transfer and receipts are not sent out until funds are received.
