One Community Campaign.


To make a pledge to donate at a later date, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Fill out the form below and click on the blue “Pay by Check” button at the bottom of the form. If you will be completing your pledge with a future donation via check, please disregard the “cover processing fee” check box. This applies only to donations via credit card. Please note, while the button says “Pay by Check,” pledges can be fulfilled by ANY type of future donation - check/eCheck, Donor Advised Fund, donation/match via company, credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or stock.

Step 2: On the second screen that will appear, click the blue “Pay by Check” button.

Once both steps have been successfully completed and your pledge has been received, you will be sent an email receipt from the One Community Campaign.  Please keep this email for your records.

Please mark your calendar to complete your donation no later than March 1, 2024.

Note: If you are fulfilling your donation or pledge via your company’s corporate matching program, please direct your donation to the Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation (MPAEF - federal tax id #94-2871701). MPAEF is the non-profit that is accepting the donations on behalf of the PTO’s and MPAEF during the One Community Campaign. Since it often takes several weeks (if not longer) to receive donations and matches via a company, it helps with our planning to know that you’ve requested that the donation be directed to MPAEF. Please fill out the pledge form below for the dollar amount of the total anticipated donation (donation + match).
